Senior Waterboarding Analyst John Oliver discusses the subtleties hidden within the administrations definition of waterboarding and torture.



Finally, an "Indecision 2008" update as Obama's audio book goes up against Bill Clinton's audio book at the Grammy's. Not only did Obama win the Grammy, but all five primaries last Saturday. Another primary is coming up this Tuesday and Jon notices how the media has such colorful nicknames for it.
