Brennan and Booth investigate the death of a soccer mom who was blown up in her mini-van, confused as to why someone would murder a seemingly innocent soccer mom. They soon discover that the soccer mom, named June, was part of a group of radicals from the 70's, named the National Liberation Army. June was also wanted by the FBI for decades, and might have been close to turning herself in, which makes motives for her murder really complicated. Meanwhile, Brennan goes to see her father Max in jail.

Justice Clarence Thomas took the occasion to release his new book where he states his loathing for liberals in a segment called "Here Comes the Grudge". Senior Legal Analyst Jason Jones discusses Thomas' partisan rage and how that might effect his impartiality, along with the pubic hair/Coke can/Anita Hill incident (otherwise known as the "furry pop top").



Finally, Jon looks at the media's use of experts to report on news that hasn't happened in a segment called "The Daily Show's Specularium". Jon assembles his group of experts including Aasif Mandvi, Samantha Bee, John Oliver, & Rob Riggle. Tonight's predicitions: 1.) Will John McCain drop out of the presidential race? 2.)
