When the State Department goes on lockdown due to a derangedballoonman outside the building, Elizabeth is confined with a delegation from Iraq whose translator threatens to reveal damaging information about her actions while in the CIA. Meanwhile, when Matt is stuck in an office with Daisy's fiancé, Win, he spills information that he shouldn't have.

Madam Secretary Show Summary

Elizabeth McCord is a shrewd, determined, newly appointed Secretary of State who drives international diplomacy, battles office politics and circumvents protocol as she negotiates global and domestic issues, both at the White House and at home.
