The planet Uxarius, in the year 2471. The Time Lords temporarily reactivate the TARDIS to allow the Doctor and Jo to travel here. They find colonists from Earth struggling to survive on a desolate world, with the rapacious miners of IMC attempting to drive them away. But what happened to Uxarius' original inhabitants?
