At the Laughter Lounge, Frank Mann hosts faded game-show star Vince Starky, whose comeback could save debt-ridden owner Ziggy. When doorman Paco finds a rooftop inactive person, Dennis uncovers suspicious clues and Rosa unearths grudges, debts and secrets.
