While Andrea seems intent on leaving everything, refusing to deal with the difficult case of the nurse Giacomo (Giacomo Poretti), a new internist, Damiano Cesconi, and a new infectious disease specialist, Cecilia Tedeschi, arrives in the hospital, but above all a new primary, who seems ready to dismantle the department from the inside.
