In 1995, Elle Woods is living a 16-year-old's dream with the perfect plan to dominate her junior year in Bel-Air. But her world turns upside down when her parents move her to a new city far away from anything that feels comfortable.

Elle must clean up the mess she's made by bringing justice to the only friend she's made in her new city. But when Elle learns this could lead to unintended consequences, she questions what's more important: saving her reputation or fighting.
