When a Petty Officer working in the Intelligence receives a pair of blue eyeballs in the mail, the NCIS team starts investigating the case. The sailor commits sleeping during the investigation, which leads the team to one of his lecturers, who is working for the CIA in Panama.

NCIS Show Summary

Leading this team that operates outside of the military chain of command is NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, a skilled investigator and interrogator who is smart, tough and willing to bend the rules to get the job done.
