Bumblebee wants to rescue his BFF Breakdown from the Dome. Mo and Thrash want to get Robby a gift to lift his spirits and decide to sneak inside the Dome to get it. When Bee's invited to help, he tags along, but his ulterior motive causes trouble.
Robby and Izzy plan to hang out. When the Maltos hear of Robby's plan, they can't help but get involved. The family sets up a DIY drive-in movie theater, but Nightshade's new projector invention makes the night a little more alive than planned.
The Maltos receive a mysterious invitation to a local escape room. When they arrive to the game's site, the Maltos learn they were invited by an old foe: Fairmaestro! His escape room isn't what it seems and the game turns into a fight for their lives.
An Autobot starship crashes in Witwicky and the Maltos and Autobots run to the crash site. However, they find the ship behind enemy lines: in the Decepticons' Dome. When Optimus heads up a rescue team, long-standing friendships are put to the test.
While the Maltos have a snow day, the Autobots deal with an aggressive Bumblebee. Other Autobots fall into rage and the Base descends into chaos. When Twitch returns to the Base, she realizes she may be the only one who can help.
