Veronica Mars Season 1 Episode 16 Synopsis

After the apparent kidnapping of Neptune High's beloved mascot, Polly the Parrot, Veronica is hired to track her down and get her back. Her detective work leads her to go undercover at a rival school on the eve of a big basketball game. Veronica has an emotional reunion with her mother who she has not seen sense her mother left the family the year before. When Veronica's suspicions about the Kane family are renewed Veronica attempts to get her hands on her father's original interrogation tapes of Lilly's cuddle. Veronica's love life also seems to be getting renewed as Veronica's relationship with Deputy Leo heats up.

Veronica Mars Show Summary

Veronica Mars is set in the wealthy, seaside community of Neptune, where the rich and powerful make the rules, own the town and the high school and desperately try to keep their dirty little secrets just that secret. Unfortunately for them, there's Veronica Mars, a smart, fearless 18-year-old apprentice private investigator, who negotiates the halls of Neptune High each day like any average teenage girl, while at night helps her private-eye father uncover some of the California beach town's toughest mysteries.
