A Prophet: The Series Show Summary

Marseille, Present Day. Malik, a 17-year-old Comorian orphan is the sole survivor of a building collapse that housed an important drug deal. In the rubble, Malik is found with bags of cocaine planted on his body. He is directly sent to prison. Frail and illiterate, he must now find allies to ensure his survival in a grueling environment where clan hierarchy reigns supreme. Despite his precarious situation, Malik learns to navigate his way through the system. He gains power rapidly, and soon develops a taste for the inner workings of the criminal world.
