Dr. Rhodes tends to the care of Dr. Downey while Goodwin is forced to deal with personal issues. April bears the brunt of a punch while attending to a disorderly patient, but the incident could actually prove to be a blessing in disguise. Dr. Halstead discovers Goodwin has a trick up her sleeve, and Dr. Manning finds her past catching up with her. Sarah's graduation day finally arrives, but she remains conflicted about mapping out her career plans for the future.
