The public has voted via social media and the four ingredients for the rapid cook-off have been decided. But the teams must decide among themselves who gets which ingredients. The bottom four teams will then have the opportunity to cook with their own favourite ingredient to impress the judges and avoid the sudden passing cook-off.

My Kitchen Rules Show Summary

Teams of two from across Australia compete to determine who makes the best meal. The teams prepare three-course meals and score one another's dishes. Celebrity chefs Pete Evans and Manu Feildel also judge the meals. The low-scoring teams are eliminated throughout the competition with the eventual winning pair earning a AU$250,000 grand prize.
