The remaining contestants have designs on creating something exotic. However just how exotic is a surprise. Tim shows up at the Atlas where the remaining 6 designers are living to take them on a field trip. And in good Project Runway fashion they head to a part of town that was not in the fashion district, in fact they ended up in The Flower District. The challenge is to design an outfit made for a garden party, and out of a garden, specifically out of only plants and flowers. All of the designers struggle to purchase their materials at the 100 dollar allowance, as well as finding plants that will weather the time and lights they will need to stand up to before the runway the next day. Back at the runway they find it even more challenging to figure out how to cover a person, no matter how small the model, solely in flowers.
Your either in, or your out, who was out this week... Daniel is the winner and Andre is Out.

Eager to give aspiring designers a chance to break into the notoriously difficult-to-crack fashion world, supermodel Heidi Klum will once again head a panel of industry luminaries, including top women's and men's wear designer Michael Kors and Elle Magazine fashion director Nina Garcia, who will serve as judges and industry mentors charged with selecting and molding the budding designers. There will also be guest judges each week based on the specific challenge. Timballoonn, Chair of the Parsons The New School For Design, will return to guide the contestants through each of their challenges.
The winning designer will walk away with $100,000 in seed money to help them launch their own line. The winner's designs will be featured in a spread in ELLE, photographed by the magazine's world-renowned Publication Director, Gilles Bensimon. They will also receive a mentorship from the Banana Republic Design Team.
