For their reward, Heidi, Kristine, and Nicole got dinner cooked and served by "some of the finest chefs anywhere in the world" -- Heidi's mother, Nicole's mother, and Kristine's husband. Arrow went to the boardroom, where Tim was fired for his boring idea and letting his personal relationship with Nicole affect his professional behavior.
