It's Charity Night on Hell's Kitchen! The top eight chefs will begin the week with an International Cuisine Challenge. They will randomly be assigned a cuisine to inspire an original dish intended to transport Chef Ramsay across the globe. Following the challenge, the chefs will report to the dining room for an especially important dinner service, Hell's Kitchen's Charity Night! This year, the show will be honouring guests from The American Heart Association and the Connecticut Chapter of The Special Olympics and the amazing work they do. Guests of honour, board members and CEO's of both organizations will be in attendance including Susan Lucci, herself! Each team will cook for one of the organizations and it is a huge test of organization and timing for the remaining chefs.

20 aspiring restaurateurs will brave Ramsay and his fiery command of the kitchen as he puts the competitors through an intense culinary academy to prove they possess the right combination of ingredients to win a life-changing grand prize. The chefs will have to raise their game if they want to prove to Ramsay that they will have what it takes to win.
Their dreams are quickly becoming nightmares.
