The two teams come up with campaigns for a shoe donation program. After overcoming a devious sabotage attempt from Hydra, Empresario came up with the better campaign for the win. For their reward, winning Project Manager Carol received $20,000 for her charity. Hydra went to the boardroom, where, despite Piers coming under fire for his sneaky plan, Trump accepted Vinny's request to quit the show since he just didn't want to try and fit into the show's environment anymore.
